Returns & Exchanges

We offer our customers a 14 day return policy for exchange or refund.

Non-faulty items must be received within 30 days of the return request. The goods must be complete and in the same condition they were received. Customers will be responsible for products arriving back in the condition they were received. We recommend using an insured postal service for your own peace of mind. 

Faulty items must be received complete and matching the description written in the message section of the contact form.

GreatSpex has the option to reject any returns that do not meet our Return Policy. 

How to return an item: 

Step 1.

Please complete the contact form below stating the reason/reasons for return and if faulty we recommend you send images relating to the issue to support@greatspex.co.uk as well completing the form below.

Step 2.

Items must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, we also recommend they are insured, and must be received by GreatSpex within 30 days of receipt of the return request.

Step 3.

An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. If you haven't received an e-mail within 3 business days of completing the returns form, please can you e-mail support@greatspex.co.uk for us to process your return.

Step 4.

If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method as original payment. Payments can take up to 7 working days for you to see them in your account.

Exchanges will be sent out via our normal postal method
